Spacious three bedroom condo with 20ft vaulted ceilings and an attached two car garage. In unit laundry and large kitchen. The only utility bills are Electric, Trash(Every three months), and Internet. Water is included in rent, and there is no gas. You would be expected to cover half of utilities.

You would have your own large bedroom, full bathroom, and a dedicated half of the garage. I am alright with cats as long as you pay the fees associated.

I am a 24 year old dude who prefers a relaxed house when I get home from work. I do not mind noise, or guests unless it is excessive or at three in the morning when most are asleep! Also not a neat freak as long as shared space is respected. I am not picky when it comes to who I live with as long as bills are paid on time and we respect each others property. Would love a roommate I could become friends with, but not a requirement!
