Woodland Avenue

Hello! I’m looking for a female student (non-smoker) to take over my lease in a house on Woodland Ave. You’d get a free parking space behind the house. There’s a big TV in the living room, several couches, fancy light fixtures in all rooms, and new appliances as of this year. Complete with laundry, kitchen, one bathroom, and two living rooms.

I am looking for someone to sublet, available January 4, 2023. Rental agreement goes until July 25, 2023. Rent is $450 and utilities are usually around an extra $50-70

Less than 5 min walk to Willy T. library, 10 min walk to White Hall (for reference). Even if you have a dorm contract, with the cancelation fee it will still potentially save you a lot of money!

Room is now empty of furniture except for the 2 clothing rods and the shelf unit over the hanging clothes.

The house has 3 friendly Christian female students in other rooms. They are kind, respectful, funny, and will make you feel welcome. Most nights they can be found doing homework, watching movies in the living room (you can’t hear the tv through the walls but are welcome to join), or keeping to themselves. Also note there is an extremely friendly house cat that lives there, owned by one of the other students.
