Austin's room

Nice house, nice neighborhood and yard. I own the home, you get your own room with a shared bathroom. Utilities are split, high speed internet is packaged with electric. I have a young golden retriever and might consider another dog in the mix if fully trained, relatively quiet, and crated in room while you are out. No Pit or Rottweiler breeds. Rental agreement will be month to month, I just ask a 30 day heads up if you plan to move. Pictures available on request.

I’m the only person you’ll be sharing the home with, but I do have my brother and friend over semi regularly. You are welcome to host the occasional guest that should be relegated to your room unless otherwise discussed.
