ABOUT THE ROOM: I currently have one open room for rent. Standard room ($800) is spacious with two closets and includes a shared bathroom (with a tub-shower.) The hallway closet will be empty for tenants use. Bedroom will include full side bed and bed frame with night stand.

ABOUT THE RENT: Rent includes access to the shared kitchen (including use of spices, and dishes, dining room, living room, and back yard. Washteria, 4 mins away.

High speed internet, security system, gas, electricity, and water will be included in the rent.

ABOUT THE AREA: EAST HOUSTON is steadily growing. Enjoy neighborhood with nearby washteria, dinner spots, family dollars, dollar general, food mart, fiesta, Walmart super center, affordable gas stations.

Hey ladies ! I am a working professional with a son with four paws. We have been living in our house for 6 months and looking for a roommate for the remainder of the lease. We are very clean and respectful. We do deep clean every Sunday and expect our roommate to contribute on a specific day of the week. Help with cleaning duties.
