Autumn's room

The room is furnished. Private bathroom located in the hall right across from the room. Closet has built in shelving, bed has 6 storage drawers. There is a TV mounted on the wall. There is additional space for storage if needed. Yard has fire pit. Located 3 miles from the beach. Rent includes all utilities and wifi.

The house is 3 stories 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. The second floor is Livingroom/Kitchen shared space. Room is located on 3rd floor where one roommates room is. Office space on the 3rd floor as well next to room. Other roommate is on the first floor.

I am a 31 year old female, active duty. I have cats and a dog. I like to be social but also work a lot so I am not home as much as I would like to be. House is kept clean. I enjoy occasional guests and having a drinks together however, it is not a party house.
