About the room
Downstairs apartment. 2 bed / 1bath. You’ll have your own room and a shared living area and kitchen. There’s not much to write home about but it is close to downtown.
Property is managed by Property Resources. I would recommend applying with/through them so that you and I are both protected.
There’s no pictures because the room is currently my wife and my bedroom. The other room is our office. This will change very quickly and also depend on your move-in date.
The lease is up at the end of July.
About the roomies
I’m 39 and I have a 2 year old husky mix doggo. I’m finishing my PhD at University of California, Davis. I also work locally. I’m pretty quiet. I don’t do drugs or drink and keep a pretty regular schedule. I’m home in the AM and after 7pm more or less. I’m married and my wife (also five weeks pregnant) is moving into another place for now while we figure out the best living area/house thing/combo here in Boulder - but also so she can nest….
I’m available to meet and you can come check out the place today.
