My house is clean and sunny and freshly painted for $800 (includes all bills) Price is less if you are willing to help with handyman projects that I cant or don’t like to do! I encourage use of the entire home with full kitchen privileges, lounge in the sunporch or enjoy a winter night fire in the outdoor fireplace. Im located on a landscaped acre yard on quiet dead end St. With 5 min walk to town on Bus route. Additional room for your own garden could be an option come spring. Long or short term rental. Looking for someone with a steady income, Age unimportant as long as responsible and respectful and the ability to clean up after yourself.
