Internet access can be shared after business hours and on weekends for a small charge. Covered patio in the back. Small shed space available for bicycle or other small items (no furniture storage). I am unable to welcome additional pets. I live in an age qualified community, so you must be at least 35 years of age.

Single owner, works from home during regular business hours. I’m active. I have a small, quiet kitty that remains in my room most of the time. I love meeting people, engaging in conversation, but respect personal time and space.
