The enclave. 3 bedrooms, two baths apartment. The whole apartment is nicely furnished. The room for rent has a queen bedroom, huge TV with Apple TV, Netflix, Disney, Prime, HBO, and Hulu. There are A media desk and two night stands. The bedroom comes with a shared full bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The living room is nicely furnished and has a TV as well. All utilities included. (Water, internet, electricity, and streaming services) Washer and dryer in unit. Access to pool and gym are also included.
About the roomies
Im an High school teacher. I have 2 cats very well behaved and taking care of. I use an electric litter box, a roomba and an air purifiers are running daily.Iām very laid back and spend most of my time working, outdoor or watching tv in my bedroom. My roomate is a teacher as well and works a lot too. We are both very respectful and clean.
