I have a room for rent in Sandysprings/Dunwoody/Permiter area for ( 1050 dollars a month~1150sh with all other bills (Internet,Gas,Electric,Water)

Location info: The complex is located minutes from multiple shopping centers,restaurants, and grocery stores. It is 4 minutes from permiter and located on a backroad full of corporate offices and houses. There’s a bus stop within walking distance. It is away from all the hecticness but in a surprisingly serene environment. The neighborhood is full of trees and has so many birds and sometimes i’ll even see deer. I feel very safe living here and I’m renewing my lease.

Amenities: I really like living here the amenities are great. All the renovated units here are smart apartments and have a smart lock,thermostat, and sensors. I also have a security system right before I moved here but I feel very secure here. The amenities are great they have a great gym here with beautiful bathrooms.They keep things pretty sanitary and have wipes stocked for the gym equipment.The office always throws neighborhood events and bring food trucks here. They just remodeled the pool area.There is also a pet park and garden. Parking is first come first serve but there’s plenty available and it’s never full.

Room and lease Info: The bedroom is a good size I was able to fit a king size bed, a couch, and a dresser. and had extra space. You would have the biggest bathroom and the rooms are similar in size. My lease is renewing next year and I’m looking for someone clean, responsible, and positive.You would pay around 1150ish for all bills which includes rent, valet trash, gas, w/d, water,internet,and power bill.Electric bill varies with usage.I have the fastest internet package and never had a issue.
