Kentrice's room

The guest room is a decent size. Not too small, not too big. It will be unfurnished and you have a nice closet with both a rack and top shelf storage (of course you can also use the bottom as storage. There is a catholic church right across the street. There is a porch with a swing chair in which you can sit, relax, and catch some sun. The living room, kitchen/dining area is very spacious and there are 2 bathrooms to choose from. There is also a washer and dryer room. Price can be negotiable.

It is just myself. I have no kids or pets. I prefer to keep the house fairly clean and the air breathable. I would prefer someone who is capable of cleaning up after themselves as we would be sharing the same space. A happy space breeds a happy mind.
