IWe have a private bedroom available right now for $1350 (including utilities) in a two bedroom one bath townhouse in Kapahulu. It is a spacious place with three balconies (one in each room and the living room) comes with a washer/dryer, AC in each room, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceiling fan, and is gated. It is in a quiet and convenient community with lots of available street parking. The living room is furnished with a couch and table and as well as the bedroom. The location is very close to the bus stop(1-2 min walk) that can take you to UH Manoa(7 min bus ride) and Waikiki(4 min bus ride). It is also a couple steps away from Safeway, many local restaurants, and fast food joints. We are looking for a clean, respectful, quiet and responsible roommate, either short term or long term.
