Emily's room

Hi everyone! My housemates and I are looking for a fourth person to rent our spare bedroom! We just got this house and we’re decorating it right now. It has two big living rooms, a big TV in one of them , a fireplace and a window seat. The kitchen is huge and we’re all friends so we love to meal prep and spend time together! If you’re more introverted that’s fine too we’re also quiet when need be! We are very open minded and welcoming as two of us are somewhat new to Sacramento! Two of us are in school becoming respiratory therapists and the other is an esthetician! We will all mostly be going to school and working. There are currently two cats and the sweetest golden retriever pup who is 6. She’s very well behaved. We would be open to having more pets as long as they’re well behaved and don’t damage the house. Feel free to reach out! Utilities aren’t included but split between four people they shouldn’t be much more!
