Brand new house in the northern part of San Antonio close to stone oak where you can find many bars, restaurants, stores, etc.

It is a gated neighborhood that is on the newer side of town. There is many trails by the house to take your dog for a walk or go for runs. There is a fenced in backyard as well. There’s two bedrooms on the other side of the house including your own bathroom and garage parking space. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood!

I own the house and will be living on the other side of the house. I am looking for someone to rent the other side (2 bedrooms and 1 bath) for $1400 per month. Or two people to rent separate rooms for $700 per month.

I am very friendly, clean, and keep to myself. I spend a lot of my time working, going to the gym, or hanging with family/friends. I also have a 1 year old golden retriever named Rudy who loves everyone he meets.
