I have a duplex located in Richland close to Kadlec hospital and Fred Meyer. I am looking for a responsible employed female tenant. Rent includes utilities, wireless Internet, use of kitchen, dryer and washer. Bedroom is furnished (You can use your own bedding/furniture etc.). Must be able to pass background check and.proof of recent paystub.

• Refundable deposit. *Only renting to single individual, no sharing a room with others. *We would prefer renting to a travel health care professional.

Two full-time employed females aged 30 and 50. Two friendly little dogs that are potty trained and shy.
