Where located just around the corner from downtown Gilbert. We currently have 2 dogs (pits) which are friendly once they get a few sniffs in. The room is unfurnished and has been cleaned and sanitized. Rent is $850 a month due on the 1st of the month and utilities ranges from $155-$245 depending on the season and is due on the 15th of the month. Parking would be on the street in front of the house. Currently have 1 other roommate. We work during the day mon-fri. When we’re at home we tend to just hang out in our rooms and do our own thing. We do smoke just a heads up. We like to keep the house clean ( Sunday cleaning day).
