About the room
Renting one PRIVATE room in a 3 bedrooms/1 bath house.
Newly renovated house. Includes brand new kitchen with marble countertops, new oven with the tag still attached, new fridge, and advance ventilation. The bathroom also include new tiles and newly installed shower. The whole house have new flooring and tiles. The kitchen and living room are furnished. Also comes with a sizable BACKYARD.
Each room have new floors with fresh paint. It include new window/windows with a closet.
My roommate and I are looking for a third female roommate. We both attend Kent State University. We are very fun and love to go out on the weekends or stay in for Netflix depending on our mood. Message me with any questions!
The rent doesn’t include utilities, which usually is around $70 per person.
