Nelson Avenue

I have a room for rent in my 1st floor apt. It’s a three family house, and I am the owner. I also have storage space in the basement, for things that may not be needed on the day to day dealings. Room is furnished with a roll away bed, dresser, and Wi-Fi.

I live in the 1st floor apt with my wife and sister in-law. I have two dogs. I work from home, my wife is in healthcare, and my sister in-law is in banking. We are homebodies, and don’t smoke. We are clean, quiet, and respectful.
