About the room
I am looking for someone my sublease my master bedroom in a 3BR 1 Bath ready for move in immediately. There are 2 other sophomores in their undergrad at the University of Iowa. Most of the apartment is mostly furnished so you will just need furniture for the room. I am willing to leave some bedroom furniture behind for you. There are 2 well sized closets.
There is assigned parking but comes with a fee of $75. I currently split it with my roommate and we each pay $35. There is also on street parking across the street.
Rent is $485/month + utilities. Utilities are ~$50-$60 in the winter and $40-$50 throughout the whole year. There is a laundromat at the next block. Pets are not welcomed.
About the roomies
I graduated in December and would like to move back home so I don’t find a reason to stay here. My female roommates are both sophomores. One is interested in Nursing and the other is Pre-Law. Super nice and easy to get along with women.
