To sum it up, rent is $600, utilities are around $40, $25 for water, and $15 for wifi. Parking is free and covered parking is available. There are 5 other housemates and this room is shared (please note that this is not a single room). We are LGBTQ+ friendly, 420, Jewish friendly, and open to discussing a cat. We are close to several grocery stores, gas stations, and bus stops that lead to campus. You do not have to be a student. The neighborhood is safe and family oriented. There is a backyard for gardening and activities. The common areas are furnished but you will need to purchase your own bed and desk for the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use it. Only a few pots and pans are off limits due to a nut allergy, but other than that you are allowed to use nuts with caution. Because of that, we prefer to keep the house clean, especially in the kitchen area. Other areas are more flexible. We have a housemate agreement to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding noise, cleanliness, etc. Noise level is respected for the students who do live here during finals. Guests are allowed as long as everyone is given a heads up. We have a house group chat so that everyone is connected. The lease ends at the end of August and we all plan on moving out afterwards.

We have 5 others living on the property. The person sharing the room is currently in the army reserves and is looking to work full time. He is an avid gamer and has a very charming cat. He does vape occasionally but will step outside of the house to do so. The tenants living in the downstairs bedroom are UC Davis students. They generally keep to themselves since they are quite busy with work and extracurriculars. Two of them are in a relationship, so they sometimes have their partner over for a night, but not much longer than that. I personally invite guests somewhat often, but we hang out in my bedroom so you will most likely not see them. I am a UC Davis alumni and I am looking to also work full time. Overall, we like to communicate in order to work our way through any typical housemate issue that might arise and we look forward to meeting!
