This is a unique, quiet, centrally located and fully furnished space for mostly young professionals who are temporary visiting Austin for work. Private entrance, self check-in, private KING size BED with a lovely theme look, high speed internet, TV with Netflix Subscription, private bath, laundry room, free garage parking, coffee maker, personal refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, wheelchair accessible and freedom to come and go as you like. We bet you will enjoy this lovely property. Only one room available.

We have two rooms upstairs and one room downstairs. You will be sharing the top floor with me but I’m usually downstairs at my home office. Only go upstairs to sleep at night.
