I have the bottom floor room available in my new construction house starting January. You can Google the homes: Row Homes at Lacy Crossing by KB Homes. This is the largest model. The room is a mini-studio with its own full bathroom, walk-in closet, microwave, mini-fridge, and sink garbage disposal. The room is $1,500 for one person only. The security deposit is one month’s rent.

Room is currently only available for a single occupants only. The occupant must be at least 21 years old. Pets are allowed with an additional $500 security deposit in case of damage and cleaning, but pets more than 30 pounds are not allowed.

Garage parking is currently not available as I and another roommate are using the two spots, though let me know if you have an EV and we can figure something out. There is permit-less street parking available, though it may sometimes be difficult to park. All utilities are included. No electricity-intensive appliances allowed such as crypto mining and space heaters. The room does get a little hot during the summary due to its distance from the HVAC unit.

Location is ~10 minutes walking to the Amtrak station, downtown, and the future OC Streetcar.

You must bring your own bed sheets (queen size), pillows, and towels. Everything else is furnished, including TV!
