Howdy! My roommates and I are looking for another roommate for our last year of school. The property has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Everyone has their own room and bathroom. Although the rent is $600, it does not include bills. The bill can range from $50-$70 a month based on usage. It is just one utility bill for water, electricity, and trash services. My name is Noah and I like to mainly play guitar and go to A&M sporting events! Jacob is a person that loves to got out and have fun as well as be studious when he needs to. Tyler is from Colorado and he is very laid back and chilled out. We all like to socialize together in the common living space and just have a good time.
