Looking to rent one bedroom in our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We are flexible on exact dates and there is a potential opportunity to extend beyond Jan 31st.

The apartment is on Avenue B between 3rd and 4th St, centrally located between the East Village and Lower East Side.

The bedroom/apartment comes fully furnished (as pictured) and would include all utilities (water, heat, power, trash, high-speed internet). The bedroom for rent has a queen bed, closet, drawer chest and desk. The bathroom is connected to the living room but will be entirely yours. The living room features a sectional sofa, coffee table, 65inch TV and a circular dining table. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher. Laundry within unit.

You will be sharing the apartment with me, a male in his young 30s working in tech.

We will be requesting a security deposit and some sort of cleaning fee.

This apartment is only shared with one other person, myself the primary tenant, 31 year old male. I moved to New York a year and a half ago after having lived in San Francisco for the previous 5 years. I work in Tech as a Product Manager. I’m an active person that enjoys both time outside and inside the apartment, although I tend to be out and about or traveling a good amount. I tend to work 3/4 days a week from home.
