Space is in the lower level of a house in Fridley. Upstairs is vacated by me and my fiancé, but you wouldn’t have to interact with us if you don’t want to.\since your entry way is completely separate.
Space was newly remodeled a year ago and the kitchen was just added and hasn’t been touched yet.
House is located in Fridley in a safe neighborhood. About 3 minutes from the main highway. Close to multiple gyms, grocery stores, and park is right next to us.
No pets due to my spouse having allergies upstairs.
You wouldn’t have roommates. There is a couple that lives up stairs, but the only time you would bump into them is if it were on the driveway. They are very nice and respectful.
