Hello! In search of a FEMALE to take over my lease from 1/23-6/23

This is a luxury 2 br 2Bath apartment located in Westbury, NY. The apartment listed has one private 1bedroom available and with a private bathroom. It comes with a walk-in closet, in-unit washing and dryer, a huge kitchen, dining, and living area, and a spacious patio. Everything except for the bedroom will be furnished. The rent includes the base rent, utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, maintenance, pest control, renter’s insurance, wifi, cable), amenities (pool, bbq, lounge, movie theatre, gym, club suite/business center, amazon hub), parking.

The deposit includes a $250 security deposit This will be given back at the end of the stay or can be used towards the rent.
