Megan's room

Split lvl with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor. Currently looking to rent the furnished room upstairs but have another downstairs as well. Bathtubs are extra large for those who like baths, and one even has jacuzzi jets. Off street parking in a double wide driveway (rarely need to move your car for others to get in or out) Half mile from NMU and the water, close to northern bike trailhead. Tankless hot water heater means we don’t run out of hot water, no matter how long the shower. Washer/dryer downstairs. Storage closet outside bedroom included. Reasonable shed space and kitchen space included. Cannabis friendly but not smoke friendly :)

Hi there! Megan here, renting rooms in the house I own. I’ve had a few roomies come and go over the years and I’ve enjoyed seeing people discover new adventures for their lives as they go on to new things and new states. House dynamics are important to me. I’m more interested in people who are kind, supportive, communicative, etc., than I am in “filling a slot.” Not a “party” house; I’m in my mid 30s and like my home to be a refuge. Not to say I don’t enjoy some company and geeky game nights, which I hope to get going in the winter, but I’m looking for people who jive well and live kindly. I have two cats. One is an absolute cuddle bug, the other is sweet but not a lap kitty.
