Hello Roomies in Lewisville! So far we are very happy with the housemates we’ve gotten. But this is our last room, and we are looking to fill it up with someone who understands the value of having a peaceful house in which you can come back from work, and genuinely enjoy the place you live.

The environment here is: Respectful, clean and quiet. A place where professionist, students and hardworking people will feel comfortable living in.

Beautiful shared areas such as kitchen, living room, bathroom. The house is all furnished as well. New appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer in the laundry room. ✅

💸It’s $+bills 💸 We split the bills amoung the people here (3 people) and so far we have seen an average of $/month in bills.

In the end, this is a homey, great looking house we look for someone responsible who respects and wants to be respected by other house mates while also is able to pay rent. In this house people work, study and just want to enjoy a peaceful and clean place with friendly people who do just the same. :)

I think we can all agree It is fundamental to have respect to others and to the property. Which means being clean, quiet, honest, empathic, hardworking.
