This is a room for rent in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and you’ll be sharing a bathroom. Deposit is needed. Rent is $780ish including utilities. Roommate wanted to fill a room in Santa Rosa. The room is about 10x11 with a closet and a small window. The move in date is asap. The whole place is 952 square feet. The kitchen is an open concept connected to the common area. Many cabinets, no dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub, and there’s a linen cabinet in the hall. Located on the 3rd floor, no balcony. On-site laundry has a card you’ll be given for access. There’s street parking on blocks nearby. I also have 2 cats. Dogs are not allowed at this apartment complex :(

A bit about me! Jenny (she/her/hers) I’m 26, an aquarius, and queer. I nanny in Sebastopol full time. I have a cat named Chalamet who is super friendly and rambunctious and Berlioz who is an old fart. I bake and cook fairly often. I am relatively clean, but can always be better. I am vaccinated and covid safe and ask that you are as well. I am quiet and am at work most of the day.
