Marklin's room

We have an extra bedroom (with private bathroom) we’re looking to rent out. I left my “work station” in the photos to give a sense of the room’s size. You’re free to use the air mattress if you don’t have a bed.

We’re about a 15-minute drive from the University of Oregon. There’s a EMX stop around the corner from our place if you don’t have a car. The apartment complex has a surprisingly competent gym that my wife and I use instead of getting an out-in-town membership.

My wife, Aladdin (our 7 year-old Pekingese seen in the photos) and I recently moved to Eugene from Japan, so I could attend law school. I’m typically at school or writing/studying at my computer. We’re a quiet indoor, active outdoor (hiking, sports, working out, etc.) couple. I was in the military for 10 years and my wife is very tidy … dishes don’t stack up here, haha. We typically go to bed around 10-11 and wake up about 7.
