I have two rooms available for rent with its own individual bathroom (not shared). One bedroom is furnished with bed and dresser. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and drier, small backyard, parking space available but limited. No smoking, pets (small size only), no party gatherings. Must pass background and credit check. Garage with automotive tools available if needed.
