Furniture in living room provided, and kitchen items fully stocked to use. Empty shelves will be provided for roommate’s needs to store food/pantry and any personals in the Kitchen, bathroom and side closet. The available bedroom is unfurnished.

~2-5 min drive into the Heights ~6 min drive from HEB, and Kroger ~13 minutes from Whole Foods ~12-20 minutes from Downtown.

The area is extremely safe, many trees with tons of delicious restaurants nearby! There’s a popular bike trail nearby that leads all the way through the Heights into Downtown.

Move-In Availability: Available for move in, in 1.5 to 2 weeks. Must go through the screening, proof of income and background check process.

Amenities: There is on-site laundry. On-site parking available anywhere uncovered. Mail room and laundry located near the unit.

Rent: ~ Per person $650 monthly ~ Utilities cost ($85-120 per person depending on usage.) ~ Security deposit ($138) ~ Application fee ($55)

Looking for a positive, mindful, open mindset type of roommate! I’ve learned over the years the importance really getting to know each other at first to see if we’re the best fit living together long term and to feel comfortable sharing a humble abode together!! A little about me, I WFH Monday-Friday, and value quiet times on weekdays. Cleanliness is super important to me to avoid bringing in any critters. Also love saving money like keeping AC at 71 night, 77 day. Admittedly with winter coming up, I can’t use the heater at a high temp due to a health condition it makes me sick. If you don’t mind the heater being used at high temperatures then we’d be perfect roomies!! Overnight guests I don’t mind so long as they don’t become live in extra roommates, no more than 2 days a week. Additionally, visitors are welcomed so long as they don’t become like live in extra roommates. Hoping to find a new friend in or if you prefer pure privacy I can work with that.
