We are looking for roommates for our dream apartment (3-bedroom). The entire apartment has ocean view, from every room. Its in the 40th floor so the view is stunning. You can see over brickell key, key biscayne, viginia key and Miami beach. Its very large so everyone will have a lot of privacy. You’ll have a stunning view from your bed in any room. The balcony is large enough for everyone to set up their private space. We could probably set up borders, there are 3 doors to the balcony, so one for every roommate. There are 2 rooms available:

1. Master bedroom ($2300/month): Huge (same size as an entire studio), large walk-in closet, access to the balcony, large private bath with shower and bathtub. You could set up a separator on the balcony so it would really feel like your own private studio with private balcony.
2. Second bedroom ($2150/month): large room with extra large window with amazing view over the ocean, brickell key, key biscayne and virginia key. large walk-in closet, shared bathroom.
3. Third bedroom ($2050/month): extra large window with amazing view over the ocean, brickell key, key biscayne and virginia key, small walk-in closet, shared bathroom. The room is a bit smaller but still large. We chose that apartment because all the rooms are stunning and the apartment is super large so the living area won’t be crowded even though there will be a few people. If you want privacy this place is perfect! Amenities: 2 gyms with a view, 2 large swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, business area (workspace), tanning area with ocean view. If you want an apartment with a nice view, this might be the best in Miami. We’ll take the room that is left :)
