This room and bathroom are almost new. Private entrance on the left side of the house. Our current occupant left recently so we can set up appointments for visit. No smoking and no pets please. The rent is $1150/month. The rent includes utilities - water, electricity, trash collection. Wi-Fi is NOT included. We also require a month’s rent as security deposit, and a non-refundable fee for the background and credit check.

Roommate: The other room is currently occupied by another professional family. Kitchen and Washer/Dryer would be shared. Wi-fi can be also be shared if the other roommate agreed.

Neighborhood Amenities: Walk 1 mile to Town Center at Sterling having Starbucks, Giant, Banks, good restaurants and walk in distance bus stop. Lots of great restaurants around the neighborhood with the happening Reston Town Center being only 4 miles away.

Commute: This place is great for a working professional who needs to commute to MD/DC/VA Metro area. In commutable distance from Reston Town Center (4 miles), Tysons (11 miles) and Sterling. 5.9 Miles (20 min. drive) to Wiehle Metro station.

A young couple stays in the other room. They are pretty quite and keeps to themselves.
