My current roommate is moving out at the end of December and I’m looking for someone to take over her part of the lease around mid to late January if possible. We live in a two bedroom, 1 bath in Columbia City.

Rent is $942.50 for the 2nd bedroom and the water bill is included in that price. The wifi and gas bill is not included in that total price and would be split between the two of us. You would also have to pay first and last month’s rent when you move in, our lease ends in June with option to renew the lease if you’d like!

The apartment includes:

• Dishwasher
• Washer/dryer shared with two other apartments
• Heating
• You would get one parking spot and there’s street parking not too far away if you ever have visitors!
• We’re literally a 4 minute walk from the Columbia City light rail station and we’re a 15-20 minute walk from cute restaurants, a family owned movie theatre, Rudy’s Barbershop, and so much more.

A little about me: my name is Nat and I work in affordable housing. I’m in my mid-20s and absolutely looooove going out to eat 🤪 I’m an incredibly clean roommate and very communicative, boundaries are very important to me. I’m also nonbinary (I use they/them pronouns) and queer, so my hope is to also find someone who is part of the lgbtq+ community or someone who is a VERY strong ally and will respect my pronouns. I also pet sit for Rover occasionally so there will be times where i’m not in the house. Please feel free to message me if you’re interested in viewing the house!
