Rent this lovely furnished bedroom in a shared house! The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in Bloomington Hills. Your bathroom is shared with one other person. All utilities and internet are included in the $700/month rent.

The bedroom comes with a dresser, full-size bed, and basic sheets and pillows. (All other furniture, decor, and bedding pictured in the bedroom belongs to the current resident and does not come with the room.)

There is a shared linen closet with extra sheets, towels, washcloths, etc. that you are welcome to use. There is also a washer and dryer in the house.

The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need: electric stove range, oven, fridge and freezer, large stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. You will also have access to shared dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc.

The common living area has a large dining table, a flat-screen TV, a couch, and a bean bag chair.

The private back patio and lawn, equipped with comfortable patio chairs, is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cup of tea!

Street parking is available directly in front of the house.

I am selling my lease and moving to Kanab to be closer to my job. The remainder of the lease is until August of 2023, with the option to stay longer. I will answer any questions you have and arrange tours of the house. If you decide this is the house for you, I will put you in touch with the landlord and you will apply directly to her. She has been wonderful to rent from–she is friendly, responsive, and compassionate!

The room is ready for move-in any time.

No pets, no smoking in the house. The landlord will conduct background checks on prospective renters.

Your bedroom is private, and you will share the house with 3 other people, all young adults. Two are college students and one works full-time. Your bathroom is shared with one housemate who is clean and considerate. All housemates are willing to split chores and share responsibility for the common spaces.
