I have a large 18x18 furnished private room available in a clean and comfortable home. The room comes with a bed, table, and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of extra room.

The bathroom is shared between the rental rooms, so I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing.

I also have two large dogs that live in the home. They are extremely friendly and loving, so you must be comfortable around dogs.

My name is Jared and I am 33 years old. I recently bought a 3 bedroom/2 bath House on the North East side of Austin (Parmer/Harris Branch). I am an Audio Engineer at multiple Music and Theater venues around austin, as well as a musician and model. I like to hike, watch movies, workout A LOT, and explore the world (I love Shenanigans).
