Hello guys, this is my house and I’m looking for a new roommate. The apartment has a pool and a gym. The house has a big living room, kitchen and a bathroom that would be share with me. The location is great, we have Starbucks walking distance, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods only 4min by car. Easy access to 101. The house has all furniture (all mine, but I don’t mind sharing), even the room with a bed, table and lamps. The price includes the estimate of the utilities and PG&E. The internet, parking and insurance is always the same price. I can show you all the charges, because I’m not getting more than what it is. It’s only one roomie (me), I’m very chill. I work 9am to 5pm every weekday, but I wake up at 5am to do to the gym and use my Peloton that is located at the living room. At night I like to cook easy food, so normally I just use the oven and I go to bed very early around 8pm. During the weekend I like to go out to bar, clubs, restaurants, hikes, my friends house or sometimes I like to chill at home with my friends. I like to smoke weed, I smoke in the balcony so the house doesn’t smell like. I’m cancer, so if you want to talk I’m here and if you don’t want it’s completely fine. I’ll always respect your time. I like the house very very organize and clean. Currently we clean the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony) once a week, one week I clean and the other week my roommate clean.
