Breanna's room

This is a very peaceful location located down the road from downtown Pleasant View. It is just a quick 20 min to Clarksville of 25 min, in the other direction, to Nashville. This property includes a full size washer and dryer, a fully furnished bedroom and bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen and living space. I am very much dog friendly! This property also has a third bedroom that is currently being converted into a workout space that includes a peloton bike.

I am a NICU rn and I live here alone with my cavapoo dog. I am pretty quiet and keep to myself, as we travel a lot back and forth to Florida. There are times that you would have the whole house to yourself. I do work nights on the weekend so I am looking for a respectful roommate.
