We’re located at Camelot Village Apartments, it’s nearby a lot of shopping places and pharmacies so it’s easy to go out for food, no driving even required. It’s a pretty quiet place, all the neighbors are very nice and I’ve never run into any problems with anyone or anything here

The lease ends on the 28th of February, but my roommate is already moved out so it’s available now. The lease just can’t be signed until the 28th.

Rent is $1044 altogether but splitting it (and I pay full pet rent as long as I’m the only one with a pet) would mean you pay $522, plus whatever half the utilities are, but they rarely surpass $70 a month honestly.

Maintenance is also really nice, they’re a bit slow to respond but other than that they’ve helped out a lot.

The complex is pretty big but luckily our apartment is located pretty close to the complex entrance so it’s not hard to get to. Pretty big parking lot, it’s never full due to the size too.

You’ll get your own room but there is only one bathroom. It’s not too big of an apartment but it’s not tiny either, feel free to decorate however you see fit too, I’m not picky! I also don’t feel like moving all my items and my roommate and I played a game for who got the biggest room and she won, so you’ll be getting the biggest room in that case!

I work at Panera, normally mornings and afternoons but occasionally nights. I moved here in August 2021 for my partner, who normally comes maybe 1-2 times a week at most as they’re out in Gretna. I do play a few instruments like the Harmonica and Ukulele but if that becomes a problem I’m cool doing it whenever you aren’t home.

I currently have two cats but my roommate and I “share” one of them and it hasn’t been decided who will get that one, but the other one I have is completely mine. They’re both well behaved, they use their scratching posts and toys. The only thing is that one of them is quite talkative, but if you like friendly, cuddly, talkative cats then they’re both perfect for that.
