Unfurnished room in two bedroom apartment. Cat or dog welcome, but they must be okay with covered fish tanks. Previous tenant is still in process of moving out but the room is available for showing. I pay internet (I need fast internet), power and gas split, water paid by complex. Okay with reasonable drinking, and guests. Smokers (of marijuana or tobacco) must smoke on patio. 1000 due upon agreement, month to month.

I’m a public health nurse who works 10 hours a day, 4 hours a week. My hobbies include fish keeping, video games, and cooking. I am the only other tenant in the apartment.
