Hi! We are looking for a female roommate to move into a single bedroom in a 3b 3b townhouse right behind CSUSM! We have 3 girls already on the lease, we are all students at csusm. we are 19, 20, and 21. We are looking to be friends with our roommates!! We love to have a good time on weekends and such but definitely need down time to study and stuff. The bedroom for rent is $1000 a month plus utilities. (Which is usually around $70-$80) There’s an $800 security deposit aswell. It’s in a gated community, there’s a community pool and gym, the townhouse has a 2 car garage attached with a washer and dryer, the available bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the rest of the rooms are on the 3rd, so you’ll be on a floor with the kitchen and living room, you also have ur own bathroom and shower. We are looking for someone to move in ASAP! Lmk if u have any questions!!

We are 3 students and cal state san marcos, we are definitely looking for a friend as our new roommate!! We hang out quite a bit and would love to make a new friend. We definitely love to have fun on weekends but obviously still have our time for studying and stuff, we are looking for someone clean and respectful of the space!
