About the room
To be The room is 10x11.5 feet, and it has a large closet, privet house bath, and a nature view. The balcony, and the rest of the apartment is also for your use, minus my room. The apartment, minus your room and bath, is already furnished. The unit has a washer/dryer, access to nature trails, a volleyball court, and a disk golf course. The complex (Pheasant Run) also includes a gym and a pool.
Your rent includes cable, internet, sewer, trash. You will also be responsible for half of electric and gas (paid separately from rent). Water is paid for by property management. There is one assigned carport for this unit, but there is lots of unassigned uncovered parking. I’m open to share the covered parking.
About the roomies
About me: It’s just my dog (Vizsla/red lacy mix age 6.5) and I(male age 32). Where pretty chill and quiet. We recently moved here from Portland, OR to be closer to family. I’m retired Air Force, and I’m probably going back to school next term. Hobbies include outdoorsy stuff, working out, my dog, music, reading, a little video gaming
About you: You must have a solid consistent income, not be a hard drug or alcohol user. -No kids living here -No couples -Must be clean
