Hanna's room

Hi! I am currently seeking a roommate for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex house in Lakeside- walking distance to Bryan Park!! You would share this space with me and my two children (dogs). I am not looking for any additional pets and you must be comfortable with dogs. The house has a driveway, big back yard with a shed, tons of storage space, washer/dryer, and central AC/heat. It is fully furnished minus the bedroom that you would take. The room will be $700 plus utilities! Utilities typically range $100-150 for everything.

What I am looking for: Someone that enjoys to hanging out in the shared spaces but is also okay with quiet time. Someone that picks up after themselves and is respectful of the space.

Little bit about me: I am a 27 year old that works fully remote as a recruiter. I am typically a home body/couch potato during week nights(truly love bad reality tv) but love to do adventures on the weekends.
