Hey guys! I’m looking to find someone to take over my lease at Olive and Wooster as I accepted a new job out of state. It’s a great apartment complex right in downtown New Haven. There are incredible amenities, like the pool, gym, and work from home offices that are available for residents. Additionally, internet is included within your rental payment and utilities are split amongst your roommates. The room itself is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. The bathroom is private and within the bedroom. You would only have to share the kitchen and living room.

My roommates are both very nice and quiet. Each of them work during the day and are very clean.
