About the room
Renting out one bedroom in three bedroom two bath, shared bathroom. The house is newer built in 2017, we have a backyard and lots of dishes that we share. The house also include washer/dryer as well as refrigerator. The whole house is furnished except for the spare room.
About the roomies
Me and my roommate have been friends since middle school and we decided to get a 3 bedroom house. After our last roommate unfortunately moved away we now have a extra bedroom. We both do our own things most of the time and occasionally will have people over to the house. We are both are also laid back and majority of the time we are just working and gaming.
