Sherwood Lane

The room is about 10 by 12 with a normal size closet but not a walk in. There are 2 large balconies and the apartment is fully furnished and decorated. You would have your own bathroom and there are two eating areas. The kitchen and pantry are fairly large. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no in unit laundry. There are some on site washers and there is a washateria across the street as well as a yummy food truck. I currently have a roommate but it isn’t working out so she planning to move out mid to end of may. The lease is up at the end of June but I would like to renew since they are lowering the rent by almost 100 dollars if I renew. I’ve lived in this unit for 3 years almost so I have good standing with the management. They also just redid the parking lot 😁

I live here with my 2 well behaved chihuahuas and my two reasonably well behaved cats. The dogs and one of the cats will sometimes go with their other parent that is moving out…. As for me I work in admin and I like to go rock climbing. I travel to Austin a lot to go climbing and to see family. But the dogs go with me. I keep a pretty clean home and would like my roommate to be on the same page. Other than that I’m very relaxed person to live with and do not care about smoking. My home is very peaceful and I love to fill it with good food and good company.
