About the room
The common areas for the property come fully furnished (including kitchen equipment). Each bedroom is equipped with a bed, lamps, nightstands, and staging.
The house is conveniently situated 5 minutes from UT Dallas, 15 minutes from Legacy West, and 20 minutes from downtown Dallas.
About the roomies
Currently, 4 people are living in the house (2 Females and 2 Males). We all get along well and are looking to add a 4th roommate because one of our roommates (Female) is moving out to live with a family member.
I am a 24 year old male. I work in real estate. I enjoy watching the Dallas Mavericks (I am a season ticket holder), going to local trivia nights and other events at local hangouts, and exercising (basketball, sand volleyball, working out, etc)
Jeremy (Male) is a 22-year-old software developer at State Farm and is a big basketball fan.
Yeji (Female) is a QA engineer at Samsung and enjoys playing the piano and going out for drinks at local bars with her friends
