It’s 2 stories fully I have the total upstairs to my self. So if we have family in town or just we have a spare bedroom we share living room laundry and bathroom we also have a full size garage with attic space if you have extra things to be stored I’m renting the room it a full size walk-in closet that’s huge. And a built in like bookshelf vanity type thing.

My names Josh I’m the lease holder I work everyday hardly be around and my cousin Shane also he sometimes leaves for three months at a time but we are both very respectful and believe in privacy only rule of the house is respect it like it’s your own and other peoples rooms are OFF limits. I had to mention it we had this prob last time. If your a couple I’m not against it I would just appreciate the rent a little higher because of I pay for all utilities and septic and maintenance. Oh and my place is basically upstairs you’ll dam near have a living room to yourself. And the person who lived here before owned most of the furniture but I have a 75 inch TV and a sectional and a coffee table coming on the second or first. And also I can give tours for the rest of the Month At about 5 PM when I get off work
