Andria's room

We live in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 1,800 square-foot house with parking and back yard. There is a 1-car garage and driveway as well as street parking available. You would have a private bedroom on the lower floor of the house. It is right next to the storage room and laundry. All rooms are furnished (except your room), but if you have any furniture you need to bring there is a storage room with space available. We live close to Lake Washington as well as several parks. We are only a 15-20min drive from the city.

My boyfriend and I (both in our late 20s) and our 3 pets. We have 2 cats and a dog. We prefer no other pets, but are open if it seems like it could work out. We both work full-time and I am a student as well. We are laid back, and keep as clean as we can. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, cannabis friendly, and student friendly. In our free time we hang at home or find something to do with our dog.
